ingredients
- 50g white chocolate
- 250mL milk or alternative milk
- 3-4g of matcha
- 30mL water
- [optional] marshmallows
instructions
- heat up the milk over low heat until warm
- add and melt white chocolate with milk until smooth
- make concentrated usucha by sifting 3-4g of matcha and 30mL hot water
- let the white chocolate milk cool before combining with the usucha
- [optional] serve with marshmallows

- low temp: heat up the milk and white chocolate, continuously stir, over low heat to avoid burning
- quality ingredients: use white chocolate melts to avoid clumpy texture, because the milk and white chocolate can be quite sweet and we recommend making concentrated matcha (using KORAI)
