RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

at aôcha, we prioritise the satisfaction of our customers and are dedicated to providing the finest quality products and service. we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that impact your experience. by making a purchase with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our returns and refund policy. please review the following guidelines carefully:

ELIGIBILITY

due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for changes of mind. however, if you receive a broken or defective product, we will promptly replace it at no extra cost to you. 

to qualify for a replacement:

- proof of purchase including the date and product(s) is required; and

- photo documentation demonstrating the defect must be provided within 5 days of receiving the product.

please note that the definition of a defective product excludes:

- items damaged due to extensive use or force; and

- products with minor imperfections, variations, or superficial blemishes.
