at aôcha, we are committed to delivering a reliable and efficient shipping experience to our customers. your orders are packed and handled with utmost care to ensure you have the best experience! our shipping is carbon neutral and shipping packaging is 100% biodegradable and recyclable

SHIPPING COST 

we currently ship domestically and offer free shipping for purchases over $30; alternatively it is a $10 flat rate for standard shipping on orders below $30

express shipping can be organised for you with a $15 flat rate

to minimise our environmental impact, we utilise 100% carbon neutral shipping via sendle

ORDER PROCESSING

orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days, from melbourne, after payment confirmation

customers will also receive shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched

SHIPPING TIMES

all customers are provided a tracking number once their order has been dispatched, you can track it via sendle’s tracking system

standard shipping is estimated to take 2-6 business days 

please note that time frames are an estimation, shipping times may be longer than expected especially near peak demand periods

LOST PACKAGES

while aôcha is not liable for any loss or damage through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our third-party forwarding partner, in the cases where a parcel is taking a lot longer than anticipated and is most likely been lost in transit, please contact us and we will file a claim on your behalf as well as dispatch a new order for you
