usucha literally translates to ‘thin tea’ and it is the base of many matcha drink and dessert recipes

 

follow these 4 steps to get the most out of your matcha 🍵

  1. prepare your whisk by soaking it in warm water
  2. scoop out 2-3grams of KORAI or SENGAN matcha and sieve into your tea bowl (chawan)
  3. add 70-90C temp water to your matcha
  4. whisk your matcha in a zigzag motion until there are no clumps
